Your data supplied through contact forms on our site is securely encrypted before transmission and securely stored. This data may be used to contact you in response to a request or for marketing of our services.
Invoices and checkout
We collect information about you during the checkout process on our site. This information may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, phone number, address, IP and any other details that might be requested from you for the purpose of processing your payment and retaining your invoice details for legal reasons.
Handling this data also allows us to:

- – Estimate taxes based on your location.
- – Respond to your queries or complaints.
- – Process payments and to prevent fraudulent transactions. We do this on the basis of our legitimate business interests.

In addition to collecting information at checkout we may also use and store your contact details when manually creating invoices for require payments relating to prior contractual agreements or agreed terms.

Your data is not shared with with any 3rd parties for any marketing purposes. Some of your data is anonymously used by our site analytics service provided by Google.

We also share information with third parties who help us provide our payment and invoicing services to you; for example —
We accept online payments through Stripe. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. No financial data regarding credit cards, bank accounts or other payment methods are stored by Leads For Services when submitting payments through the Stripe gateway

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
Media
In order to complete various services we may require the upload of images and video material. This is done to a secure online host and not through the website. In the case of media files being sent direct through email our privacy policy applies.
Be aware that images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included can have that data extracted by unknown 3rd parties viewing the images through a website or online resource.
As part of the services we provide, embedded location data is useful for SEO purposes. Do not provide images with any personal location data embedded. Only use your business location data.
Embedded content from other websites
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
